We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Villa Sabina in Las Terrenas! The property was beautiful and surrounded by stunning natural scenery that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The two housemaids were incredibly gracious and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, and their kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The host, Jacques, was also extremely responsive and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and places to eat, which made our experience even better. My entire family loved every single minute we spent there. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Had the pleasure of staying at Arnaud’s beautiful home and it was an unforgettable experience. The property itself was stunning and served as ideal for bonding with my friends I hadn’t seen in a long time. Despite being in a quiet area, it was just a short distance from everything we needed. Arnaud was exceptional – responsive, kind, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to all the amenities of Las Terrenas.

Such a beautiful home in the mountains. Alma and Jesus were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The house is very peaceful and such a great environment for a relaxing get away. We can’t say enough great things about our stay. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed at the house with a group of friends. Everybody loved the place. The house was peaceful, confortable, well equipped and really close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Eine traumhafte und private Villa! Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min am wunderschönen Strand. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten haben Mosquitoschutz und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat viele Tipps gegeben. Jeden Tag wird die Unterkunft gereinigt. Es war wirklich sehr schön und sicher! Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

Excellent place for be in peace with the family great staff

The pictures do not do the place justice! We had a large group of 12 adults staying and we all enjoyed every bit of the airbnb! Leo and Francini (the property manager) helped make our experience a 5-star experience. They were able to connect us to an incredible chef, a fantastic tour operator, and lovely housekeepers who not only made it easy for us to enjoy our time but helped customize our trip to fit in all the excursions we wanted and the staggered arrivals. Highly recommend if you're looking to explore Las Terrenas or relax on the property or the beach!

Hem viscuts uns dies molt macos en aquest allotjament de Republicà Dominicana. Amb l'amfitrió, Frederick, hem tingut una comunicació fluida i rapida, es va interessar per la nostra arribada i estada. La casa ha sigut exactament com es mostra a les fotos: espaiosa, neta i molt còmoda. La piscina estava impecable i era perfecta per relaxar-se. Hem gaudit molt de l'entorn de la casa, les vistes i les passejades al costat del mar ens han agradat molt. La casa està situada en una zona molt tranquil·la i poc visitada, era el que nosaltres volíem. Sols comentar que no es còmode banyar-se a les platges de l'entorn, dons les onades son molt fortes i el mar es molt intentes, qui vulgui platges de bany i ambient de festa, te Cabarete molt aprop. Molt recomanable, guardarem molt bon record dels dies viscuts a Colonial Beach House.

This place was amazing had a great time there. Big rooms, kitchen and sitting areas. Lovely pool in the backyard. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting in the Punta Cana area.

Our stay was excellent. Special thanks to Maribel, who was as good as it gets taking care of our needs. She exceeded our expectations. The kids loved her.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

We rented this villa in The Village because we’re planning to move to the area next year and wanted to get a true feel for the neighborhood—and we absolutely loved it! The villa was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and has a great vibe. It really confirmed our decision to relocate here. One of the things we enjoyed most was how walkable the area is—there are amazing restaurants just a short stroll away. Burlao and Vale Valentina were our favorites (and if you drive to blue mall.. try Market 🙌🏻🙌🏻 —they all had delicious food and great atmospheres. The host was also fantastic. Anytime I had a question or needed something, I received a response within five minutes. That level of communication made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’re so glad we chose this place for our stay and can’t wait to make The Village our permanent home!

Our stay at Villa Retiro was nothing short of magnificent. The house is as special and beautiful as Las Terrenas itself. The location was absolutely perfect for the relaxing vacation we intended. We visited a lot of beaches and our favorite was the one closest to the Villa. The community is safe and serene with security monitoring the area throughout the day. The house was spotless and with an additional fee, the housekeeper Securinda was there daily to cook us incredible meals. I would highly recommend paying for Securina's delicious cooking because there are few walkable restaurants. However there's also a super simple food delivery app and we rented an ATV which is a must to get to beaches or restaurants that are slightly further. It's also important to note how incredible the hosts were. Sabrina's response time was almost immediate and she went above and beyond with sharing recommendations, tips, etc. She spoiled us! We can't wait to come back to the hidden gem of Las Terrenas!

Our stay was excellent! Starting with Olimpia allowing us an early check in since our flight was so early. The house was clean and the staff so friendly. The house is in an urban neighborhood, all the neighbors are very nice and kind. Tons do go around the property. The main space is perfect for groups that want to have a nice time. I traveled with friends to celebrate my birthday and the house was perfect. I was able to reach out to Olimpia for recommendations and she also helped us organize a trip to Ermitaño that was incredible! Thank you so much cannot wait to be back.

This place makes a fantastic base in Cabarete. The private pool is amazing and they've done a beautiful job with the aesthetic. The beds are very comfortable too! It was a wonderful place to stay with my small family. They even provided a pack and play for my baby. Overall, I'd book again in a heartbeat and recommend this stay to others. A couple things I will mention are that the kitchen is beautiful, but there are hardly any things to cook with, and the dishes aren't what you'd expect from a place like this. Also, we had some issues with both showers not draining very well. Even with these minor issues, I'd still highly recommend staying here, and hopefully some of these things are addressed for future guests.

Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a beautiful, cozy home with outstanding service, this is the place. Excellent stay at this stunning property. The view from the pool area is simply extraordinary. The whole house was pristine clean and has everything that you would need. Amazing beaches are only 15 minutes away. The house staff (security, cleaning, cooks/chefs) were amazing and willing to help with any requests. Overall there is not a single complaint from 4 days of amazing holidays.

Alessandro’s place was amazing. The home looks better than the pictures and the pictures were already breathtaking. My family loved the pool but especially the private beach that was just steps away from the house. Definitely coming back to this place when I come back to Samaná.
