One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Landheim Apart. Mountain view with panoramic balcony

Our house is located in Antholz Obertal away from the village in a quiet and sunny location. We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms and terrace in Pfalzen

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Cozy apartment centrally located in Krimml

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Attic apartment almost entirely covered with antique wood and traditionally furnished, equipped with a living area with a large sofa bed and smart TV, dining table, kitchen equipped with all the main appliances including oven and dishwasher. The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a nice breakfast, and the brand new private sauna in pine wood.
