Nice clean room with hot shower and toilet. For private use. In the garden there is a garden shed that is a summer kitchen. Fully equipped. Garden / courtyard can be used. In summer, it is very nice to spend the evening outside. Only 3 minutes to the train station and only 3 stops to Vienna Central Station. A bus station to Schwechat in front of the house. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there.
