Vacation rentals with breakfast in Highlands

Rick is the most responsive and helpful host I have EVER encountered. He answered all of my questions, sent someone over at 10:30 at night to assist us with an issue (that was completely our fault) and gave us plenty of advice on local attractions. This is also the first place we have stayed where there was coffee provided, cereal, granola bars and fruit cups to get your day started. The place is beautiful and in such a peaceful place. If you have an opportunity to book this, don’t wait!

It's hard to choose my favorite part of our stay at the Nest... it was absolutely beautiful, uniquely constructed with a really peaceful energy. I felt that the intention to create a lovely space was not only executed but the positive intention stayed with the home. Everything was clean and in working order, comfortable, spacious. Kristin was very responsive and proactive, and mostly very friendly. We enjoyed exploring the home and the decor from different countries. The surroundings were private and so green and lush. Birds through the big open windows, thunderstorm - perfect... Exploring Minnewaska and Mohonk Preserve was awesome and New Paltz is super cute. I've been to the area once before but got a better snapshot of it all this time. We would love to come back! Thank you so much!

Anne’s place is truly incredible with the design and amenities. Perfect spot to be secluded for the weekend and check out neighboring towns. She very generous by preparing breakfast each morning you are there and has great communication/check-ins. Amazing getaway!

The Stargaze Lodge is the perfect place for a nice quiet getaway. The house is absolutely beautiful and is very clean and we'll stocked. Gary goes above and beyond making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The place was extremely clean, stunning, homey, and had extra goodies (donuts, pancake mix, toothbrushes, and more!). I’ve never stayed at a place more accommodating and welcoming. And that’s just the indoor space! - the outdoor space was truly breathtaking. We enjoyed grilling, paddle boarding, and just taking in the views. Do not hesitate to book this place!! Marcè and Kylie, we can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful stay! And for letting us bring our dog, Ajax! 🐶

We stayed at Jonathan's airbnb these last two weeks, It was outstanding, he made it so great for us, and kept in touch and if we needed anything he was available. The home is lovely, clean and spacious. He left food for our first a.m. and so many other nice little touches. We will be back as we visit our daughter who lives nearby. Honestly, this stay was amazing. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed plus a few thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for winding down. Jasmine was super responsive and friendly, and she handled a minor issue quickly and professionally. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free Airbnb experience!

Kirk’s place was a peace of mind “Very CLEAN” quiet neighborhood and building was quiet as well definitely a place of place and relaxation. I am definitely going to book again.

Apartment was awesome! Right in the heart of Kingston. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend or few days away. We were there for the Hit horse show and the drive was super easy. I would recommend bringing a fan if it is warm out, the AC is only in the living room.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

Maria war sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Anhand Ihrer Beschreibungen gelangen wir einfach in die Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in West New York. Zu Fuß gelangt man an den Hudson River und hat dort eine herrliche Aussicht auf Manhattan. Mit dem Bus erreicht man Manhattan in ca. 15-20 Minuten. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es gute Restaurants- und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Für einen Aufenthalt in New York empfehlen wir die Unterkunft.

After my last airbnb cancelled only 5 days before the stay, I was in a panic when I reached out to William. Booking was a little confusing, but once we were able to figure everything out this stay was 100% worth it. Having a true bed & breakfast was amazing! The bed slept 2, and the 2 pull out couches slept the the other 2 in our group comfortably (4 adults total). We had an easy late check-in, the place was super clean and adorable with the whole basement to ourselves. Water pressure in the shower = divine. We slept in, had a wonderful breakfast prepared by William, and were able to get ready and leave a little before our noon check-out. 10/10, we would stay with William again!

It was a such a pleasure to spend time there while I was in the neighborhood teaching a Gravity Golf school. The hospitality was next level and the conversations were wonderful. Thank you!!!

I can't recommend this enough. Susan is really great. Free to site see , meditate, write or read. The perfect environment. You'll feel right at home in the country.

Our stay with Troy was delightful! He is an exemplary host & made us feel right at home. The setting is lovely, the room was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! We were only passing through on this trip but will definitely make Troy’s home a destination trip soon. There is so much to see in the area & we can’t wait for another Scandinavian breakfast!

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Bien went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and provide me breakfast when with an early morning departure. The place was very clean and had no issues. I would definitely stay here again, and Bien was a joy to chat with too!

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!
