Sail away to the Lake Escape on gorgeous High Rock Lake. A waterfront home halfway between Greensboro and Charlotte and close to Childress Vineyards. Furnished deck with gas firepit and grill and private dock with 4 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for guests to use! Beautifully decorated on the inside with high speed wifi and four TVs and a game room with darts, fooseball, skee ball,ping pong, a retro gaming center, and table top shuffleboard. Don't forget to relax on the hammocks or water floats!

Quaint lakefront cottage with the bonus of a separate guest house. The cottage features an open living room and kitchen with a great view of the lake. The main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The upstairs loft is great for younger travelers and features a full mattress on the floor. The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!

There are no cameras in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Fifteen minutes to Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery- Badin Lake, and Uwharrie recreational area. 8 miles to Dennis Vineyards. Asheboro Zoo is one hour. Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Airbnb cannot add the correct pet fee; we will request it after booking.

Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. We love couples, solo adventurers, & furry friends who want one level beyond tent camping.The Eco-Cabin is a rustic, 2-story hand built cabin in town. You'll enjoy the entire cabin, firepit, firewood, swing chairs, swing bed, king size bed, linens, and a bathhouse with private toilet, sink and shower. We do allow pets but there is a 15$ pet fee per pet which is billed separately. There is parking and roaming rights to the surrounding 23.8 acres. We are convenient to the NC Zoo and Seagrove!
