Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

The cottage is located in historic High Falls on Leggett Road, one of the loveliest roads in the area. It is your private cottage. Just renovated, it has new amenities. A well-equipped kitchen. The location is 100 steps from the rail trail, where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills, outdoor activities, farm-to-table restaurants, breweries, and farmers' markets abound.

Our Place - A Big Little House

Mahali Petu is a five year old guest house situated well off the road with meadow views. It is built of high quality materials and finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry & granite countertops. The full bath offers a walk-in European shower with dual shower heads. There is extensive outdoor decking with seating, a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and an outdoor shower. Peaceful and quiet, yet walking distance to High Falls restaurants and shops.

Retreat to a beautiful cabin and get lost on two wooded acres. Reconnect with nature in your own way - hike around nearby Lake Minnewaska, or another of the dozens of incredible trails in the area. Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.
