The city of Leer is also called the "Gateway to East Frisia" and has about 35,000 inhabitants. There are numerous leisure, recreational and adventure opportunities. There is a pedestrian zone, a harbor and a beautiful old town. It is only 50 meters to the East Frisian hiking trail. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We shall supply a travel cot on request. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

Great connections to the city, village or sea. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea. For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
