This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Ideally located 10 km from Spa, +/- 20 km from Francorchamps, Liège, Maastricht, Aix la Chapelle. Next to the Herve and Aubel plateau. E42 and E25 highway close by. ENTIRE HOUSE The house is not shared. You have a private kitchen,living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, a terrace outside and pond. Just a swing in the garden to share :)

For a moment of disconnection and relaxation in peace and with the birds singing. Late check-out on Sundays until 6 p.m.

Cozy apartment for two people located in Ovifat, on the edge of the Hautes Fagnes, at the top of Belgium, close to Malmedy, Robertville and its lake, Spa, Montjoie or Francorchamps. A wide range of cultural and outdoor sports activities await you and will allow you to discover the facets of our bucolic landscapes, our forests, green meadows and our High Fens! You can also enjoy our local and traditional gastronomy.

Our cottage with bike garage, parking and garden, offers stunning views (southwest orientation for fantastic sunsets). Due to its ideal location (close to Aubel and its market, Val Dieu Abbey, RAVEL line 38), it is an ideal starting point for lovers of walks or bike rides. Close to the E42, it is less than half an hour's drive from Maastricht, Spa, Liège, Spa-Francorchamps or the 3 Borders and Hautes Fagnes site.

Our apartment is located in a residential area. Our comfortable home is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The bedroom includes a large bed and the living room has a sofa bed that can be unfolded if necessary. The bathroom is equipped with all the essential amenities. We're committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

The Campervan

Longing for nature and calm?...In a 5000 m2 green setting at the foot of a stream, in the countryside with only sheep, cows, our dwarf goats and our farmyard as neighbors. The trailer "an authentic Buggenhout built in the 1950s" has been completely refurbished in the vintage spirit. You benefit from all the amenities including a private garden (waterfront!) with terrace, hammock, barbecue...
