My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. Please contact us before booking. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dogs are welcome. The Tyroliastübchen is located in a 140 soul village, not far from Schönecken. The forest is at the front door, as is a sitting area. The property is fully fenced, so your dog can run freely. It should only be socially acceptable, since we ourselves also call 2 furry friends our own. On the property there is also the utility room, washing machine and dryer are available. Except for a dishwasher, the kitchen is also fully equipped. Bed linen, towels incl.

Vacation home in the Eifel

The apartment was newly built in 2023. We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo Switch coffee maker, microwave and many kitchen utensils.
