Nice view shared between sea and countryside (view of the golf course of which it is one of the closest houses, the bay and the woods that line the entrance to the bay of Morlaix ) Overlooking a 350 m2 Garden. Small pleasant terrace for peaceful lunches. In winter, comfort of a pellet stove. TV. Adaptable hours for weekends upon request.

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.
