When you deactivate your account, any current reservations (either as a host or as a guest) will be canceled, and the relevant cancellation policy will apply. You can reactivate your account by contacting us.

Deleting your account closes it for good and this action can’t be undone. When you delete, we’ll erase your account and personal information, except for a few items we need to keep for safety or legal reasons. If you want to come back, you’ll need to create a new account.
