Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Aside from the upstairs noise periodically it was perfect! The couch is very comfortable to sleep on if you don't want the hassle of blowing up a second bed. The place was beautiful and we will stay there again if we get the opportunity. Great host/hostess.

Kerry’s studio was clean, cute, and super comfortable—the bed was especially great! The space had everything we needed, and while the Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, it still worked fine for basic use. Just make sure your car can handle some steep grades and dirt roads getting there. Overall, a lovely spot if you’re looking to stay near Chico! Thank you, Kerry!

Beautiful little cabin! Feels bigger than it is because of the high ceilings and efficient layout. Very clean and had everything we needed as far as dishes, cook ware and a coffee maker and toaster. Great yard for the dog! There was a gap under the back gate that we blocked just in case, but it was so nice to have a big yard with a good fence all around. The back deck is wonderful and we really enjoyed the fire pit in the cool mornings while having our coffee. The jet tub feels very luxurious and the shower has good pressure and lots of hot water. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. It was so peaceful up in the woods. We saw deer, wild turkeys, tons of different birds, and even a grey fox. We had a fairly major hiccup during our stay and Cara took care of it quickly and was always quick to respond and easy to talk with. Would definitely stay here again!

A++ Right off the freeways yet quiet; close to Bidwell park and to downtown. Kelley's place is comfy. Roku/Netflix A+. You can park on the driveway. Quiet neighborhood; awesome back private patio. I stay at Kelley's every year on the way to/from Lassen/Shasta. A home away from home!
