Das Haus liegt in der wunderschönen Eifelnatur am Rand der historschen Altstadt Monschau, welche in ca 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der große Garten ist teilweise flach und lädt zum Entspannen ein, aber teilweise auch steil & wild. Supermärkte sind in ca 5 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Weitere Autos können auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In der direkten Umgebung liegen gut erreichbar zB das Hohe Venn, der Rursee und der Nationalpark Eifel.

A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
