We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Fantastic 2-room vacation room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

Quiet, detached vacation home to relax, right on the edge of the forest (approx. 45 square meters). Bike paths to Rothsee (10 km) and Lake Brombach (20 km), as well as the historic Gredl bike path from Hilpoltstein to Greding lead directly past the house. You can relax in our garden or be active in the surrounding area. Jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming at the lakes or even trying out the Challenge Triathlon route. Heideck also offers a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool (3 km).

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn station on foot. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Welcome to the heart of Franconian lakes! Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor offers you the ideal retreat for relaxing days surrounded by nature. Only about 20 km away is the beautiful Brombachsee. The Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg can also be reached by car in about 45 minutes. We are an animal-loving family and shared our home with four-legged friends. We therefore ask for your understanding if a dog hair should get lost despite careful cleaning.

Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people. In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. More information is available by phone. There is also a shared terrace and garden on the property. A playground is directly adjacent to the garden.

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

In the middle of the idyllic Altmühltal lies the quiet village of Carrots, surrounded by wide hiking trails, quarries and natural forests. The Landhaus Konrad is an ideal place to retreat and unwind. In addition, it offers an optimal location for cyclists and hikers who can recharge their batteries along the natural stream. The Landhaus Konrad is furnished with attention to detail in a romantic style. The equipment is of the highest comfort.

2-Room Guest Apartment – Brombachsee – Nuremberg City/Trade Fair

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
