Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

Quiet, detached vacation home to relax, right on the edge of the forest (approx. 45 square meters). Bike paths to Rothsee (10 km) and Lake Brombach (20 km), as well as the historic Gredl bike path from Hilpoltstein to Greding lead directly past the house. You can relax in our garden or be active in the surrounding area. Jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming at the lakes or even trying out the Challenge Triathlon route. Heideck also offers a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool (3 km).

Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can be wonderfully combined for a large group. Welcome to the heart of Franconian lakes! Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor offers you the ideal retreat for relaxing days surrounded by nature. Only about 20 km away is the beautiful Brombachsee. The Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg can also be reached by car in about 45 minutes. We are an animal-loving family and shared our home with four-legged friends. We therefore ask for your understanding if a dog hair should get lost despite careful cleaning.
