The guest house is established with a focus on providing a cozy stay within walking distance of the center of Roskilde (10 min walk) Ros Torv is a 1-minute walk from the guest house, and cars can be parked on the street in front of the guest house without a permit The guest house has a private entrance and although the space is limited, there is both a private bathroom and toilet as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator and dining area. Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.
