In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

Well-being in the heart of Nienburg (Weser)

We offer cozy rooms in our house. These are located in our lovingly furnished sewing cafe right next to the large converted water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

This quiet vacation rental (non-smoking) is located on the upper floor of our annex, offering fantastic views of nature and situated right by a small stream. It impresses with its special charm, its amenities, and its bright, light-filled atmosphere. Ideal starting point for walks, bike rides and excursions to the surrounding area and beyond. Highway exit Verden-Ost 4 km, Niedersachsenhalle 3.8 km. Downtown is 4.8 km away. Rewe/Aldi, bakery 3 km, train station 5 km. Bus stop 400 m.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Enjoy the view over the river into the fields from the terrace or the winter garden. In our 2021 completely renovated vacation home you have space for 7 people. A barbecue, a table tennis and a soccer goal are available for use in the spacious garden. In the lovingly furnished house with fireplace, smart TV and Sonos box you can enjoy yourself. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Relax in the countryside in a 180 sqm, newly renovated, large house on a former farm. A gas grill is available on the covered terrace. You can cycle, the Aller Weser cycle path starts right outside the front door, take a walk or swim in the nearby Aller. The village is about 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, the Aller about a 5-minute walk. Children and dogs are welcome.

Magical vacation home in the countryside

The small town of Bierde is located in the Aller-Leine Valley, on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath – surrounded by extensive marshlands, forests and meadows. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

In the heart of Lower Saxony – in the Aller-Leine Valley – you will find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation here on our premises. Whether small or large – you can certainly have a lovely time in our unique vacation home right on the lake.

Charming basement apartment

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Beautiful apartment on a horse pasture

We have been living in our own home for just over three years and have prepared a beautiful basement apartment in our basement rooms. It is located in a district of Verden. In the immediate vicinity there is a Rewe, Lidl and various leisure activities (swimming pool, climbing park...) - which makes a car almost superfluous. Bicycle tourists as well as train and car travelers are welcome here!
