I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Very nice accommodation! Beautiful sea view, accompanied by the sound of the waves. The loft was perfect, with a very functional kitchen for making memorable meals.

We had a wonderful stay at Emilie's apartment, its proximity to the Oriental Bay as well as the beach and the swimming pool of the residence allowed us to vary the pleasures during our stay, not to mention that it is also very well located and close to all amenities (gas station, airport, supermarket). Emilie is also a very responsive and available host. I would 100% recommend her place

Cove Casa was the ideal getaway - clean, stylish, and peaceful with stunning views of Indigo Bay. The location was perfect: close to great restaurants, entertainment, and within a short drive to the port for our St. Barths ferry. Fritz and Wei were very responsive and made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Stop looking and book this house!! This is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! Angie was amazing, she met us at the house on check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the local beaches, restaurants etc. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so everyone having their own bathroom was great. We spent a ton of time lounging in the pool and hanging out at the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. We will absolutely stay here again!

Our time at 37 Green Way Drive was nothing short of perfection. The villa is beautifully designed with modern touches, immaculate cleanliness, and breathtaking views of the beautiful blue ocean. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and ending the day with a vibrant sunset from the terrace was an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy with the keys left in a secure lockbox, and all the information we needed was clearly provided. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and helpful local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations!!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Marie’s place is a fabulous place to use as your holiday home while relaxing in the beautiful St Martins. The accommodation has everything you need and you can relax out on the decking while the sea is only a few feet away. The local shop is just over the road for your groceries and there are 2 restaurants within walking distance. Our particular favourite was a 5 min walk along the beach and you could sit and have a meal or just a drink while the sea gently lapped the shore. It’s worth hiring a car to explore the island as there are plenty of places to visit, we liked Mary’s Boon bar (right next to the airport) and Grand Case where we went to some fabulous restaurants.

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

Very nice stay at Vincent's! The loft is wonderfully decorated with its seaside touch, the sound of the waves, the view of the water, it's really like being on a boat. We rented a car and 5 minutes from the loft, there is the beautiful Baie Rouge beach. Otherwise, a little further, Mullet is also a very beautiful beach and you can rent chairs and parasols for the day. Sandy Ground is very well located, near the airport, Maho Beach, seeing the planes so close, is really impressive!! We highly recommend Vincent's accommodation, everything is there for a memorable stay.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway. We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on Orient Bay Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the soft sand and crystal-clear water, with beach bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The space itself was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a relaxing and romantic beach vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed our mornings on the private terrace with an ocean view. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. They provided beach towels, chairs, and even an umbrella —every little detail was covered. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. This spot truly felt like a home away from home, but better—sun, sea, and total serenity

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

First- Sotheby’s staff is outstanding- from the lovely concierge Cherline to the drivers, housekeeper, car rental, massage therapists- everyone was so friendly, helpful and kind. It is far beyond the zero service typical of an Airbnb and on par with a nice hotel. The home offers spectacular sunset views, a quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood, and access to both Happy Bay and Friar’s Bay beaches via the coastal trail. It is a ~10 minute drive to the amazing French restaurants in Grand Case (don’t miss Bistrot Caraibes). The home is well stocked comfortable and very tidy. The kitchen is replete with all supplies needed to prepare meals. The pool and outdoor areas are spacious and inviting. The layout offers good separation between the bedrooms. The mattresses are firm which is a matter of personal preference. There is cold air conditioning in all spaces and the internet is fast. Gorgeous views and exceptional service earn this rental 5 stars.

We had a wonderful week staying at Melinda’s condo in Grand Case right in the beach. The location is perfect and close to all that Grand Case has to offer. Easy to get around and you are surrounded by friendly people. Morning coffee, afternoon wine and evening dinners on the front balcony made our stay just perfect. The sound of the ocean this close was mesmerizing. We will be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!
