Welcome to Noldes Hygge Hjem – an idyllic Danish farmhouse, completely detached and surrounded by the South Danish countryside. No immediate neighbours. Just peace and quiet. A place to slow down and breathe. This rustic farmhouse of 230 m² offers complete privacy and is furnished with a warm, country-style atmosphere where simplicity and comfort go hand in hand. Outside, you’ll find a spacious and charming backyard, as well as a cosy inner courtyard for your enjoyment.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

In the cozy living room, the sofa can be converted into a double bed and thus offers two more sleeping options. The apartment is also in the immediate vicinity (about 1 km) of the shopping center Förde Park and about 5 km south of the apartment you will find the naturally beautiful and historic Sankelmarker See.

The stylish apartment is a new building and is located in an old courtyard. If required, a parking space can be rented. We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
