Building a lovely little cottage was a dream of mine. It’s located on 3 wooded acres and has a view of the pool. The main house is nearby but is situated to afford privacy. It’s a great location just off I-12 and I-55 Not far from many tourist attractions including New Orleans. The airport is only a 40 minute drive. Located in the small charming city of Ponchatoula and near the college town of Hammond.
