Vacation rentals with beach access in Hammamet

Super séjour dans le bel appartement de Khaled et Aziza, deux hôtes très réactifs. Encore merci à eux !

Ich habe fünf wunderschöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung in Hammamet verbracht und war rundum zufrieden.. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet außer eine eigene Waschmaschine. Besonders gefallen hat mir die liebevolle Einrichtung und die ruhige Lage, ideal zum Abschalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Nähe zum Strand war für mich ein großes Plus, es war schnell und bequem erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, und ich würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit!

Very and exceptionally responsive host. Location is great, near beach, few minutes from old Arabic Hammamet, modern Jasmine, supermarkets, restaurants and main highway acces, atm, great car rental agency. Building is modern, attractive with robust utilities ( hot water , heating, air conditioning....), lift. Back coloured lighting. Guard is always present. Yard cleaned daily. The garden is attractive and maintained. ( There is a modest outdoor pool - but we prefer the beach). Apartment has all common utensils. ( No dryer, but with 3 balconies it's easy to dry things, especially on heated towel rack.) Ample, just in front, street parking. Weekend, street busy, keep doors closed. The nearby beach is sandy, vast, with good restaurants. The water is clear/ clean, gentle, easy waves. The beach, however, could be more often cleaned, but in front of concessions, is generally good. The concessions let you use their chairs if you buy something (beer, coffee, wine or a meal).

The place was amazing for the price. Check in was super smooth, the house is allah super spacious and clean and looked also like the pictures. Will defined come back again if I have the chance.

It was such a great experience. The place is just less than a 100 miters by the see. The style of the house is suitable to the fabulous experience; two big beds located in differed floors, up and down. Also I can’t forget how helpful Ms. Naila was; she would go out of her way and be always available for any questions or even advice on the small city. I will definitely comeback again✔️

Soraya's place was in the perfect location, I could walk to the beach, cafes and several restaurants. The place itself was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Soraya was a great host and was very flexible with check in and check out times which really helped with my flight times. This is a great little apartment in the middle of hammamet.

Emna place is private with building security 24x7 located on ground floor so you easy come and exist. the apartment is clean when we checked in. the place is next to many nice walkable restaurants and one of the best beaches in hamammat area (marimar).

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent! La villa est superbe et l’accueil est très amical. Emplacement calme et gardé, à deux pas de la plage. Je recommande!

Ottimo soggiorno ad Hammamet, consiglio a tutti per la tranquillità della zona, la vicinanza ai servizi anche a piedi. Le distanze più lunghe possono essere coperte con il taxi la cui stazione è veramente a 5 min a piedi. Ayoub il gestore della casa sempre disponibile ad affrontare ogni nostra richiesta, molto pro attivo e cordiale

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Maison très agréable dans l'ensemble avec sa piscine le plus de la maison. Dans un quartier calme. A 15 min à pied de la plage et des commerces. Même si vous avez des petites soucis sur le logement a votre arrivée, Khadija fera le nécessaire pour le régler et dès le lendemain matin se sera régler. Je conseille ce logement vous y passerez de belles vacances.

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Nous avons été tres bien accueilli du début à la fin, avec une communication et une réactivité au top. Le logement est impeccable, très bien situé avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Merci encore car nous étions en famille et nous avons pu passer d'excellents moments.

Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques dans cette villa paisible ! Style authentique avec tout le confort nécessaire , propreté vraiment irréprochable, vue imprenable sur la mer presque de toutes les pièces, la terrasse est si belle, le levée du jour depuis est magnifique, Nous allons sûrement y revenir une de nos meilleurs expériences Airbnb en Tunisie. ⸻ Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Foued en Tunisie. L’accueil chaleureux de sa maman nous a particulièrement touchés, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Foued a également été très réactif tout au long du séjour et nous a donné de très bons conseils qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre passage. Un grand merci à eux pour leur hospitalité et pour ce beau séjour !

The place is a granny annex of the family home! this was very modern, a very well equipped and very clean. this is also close to amenities as well and the communication with Wasim was amazing. The location of this Airbnb is in the middle of the north and south of Hammamet

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished. Super comfortable bed and cozy living space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Malek was extremely proactive and great in communicating. From providing clear checkin instructions, to providing local recommendations and lastly being flexible in check-out timings. The place itself is amazing and has all the amenities you can need and is very secure/ new. It was absolutely amazing from all perspectives!
