We spent 16 days in this home and honestly it was a great experience. The house was very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, with a beautiful view and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet and classy, perfect for relaxing. Everything we needed was already there like a washing machine, air conditioner, and all the essentials. What we loved most was the privacy. You really feel like it’s your own space. The neighbors were super friendly too which made the atmosphere even nicer. Teddy, the host, is such a great person. He’s funny, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the first moment. And the price is probably the best you can find in this area considering the size and comfort of the house.

Appartement was netjes. Badkamer iets verouderd. Host was steeds bereikbaar wat heel goed gevoel gaf. Spijtig dat de slaapkamer 2 aparte bedden had. Het belangrijkste was in elk geval dat alles netjes was en host steeds bereikbaar . Door de periode was er een min prijs voorzien wat goed meegenomen is. Anderzijds verblijf ik heel regelmatig in de omliggende straten en voor de normale prijs moet ik wel vaststellen dat deze aan een hoge prijs zit qua ruimte van het appartement. Ik was in elk geval blij en voor dezelfde prijs zou ik het ten zeerste aanraden. Nogmaals bedankt aan de host voor de hulp bij het inchecken en het geduld.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa d’Aziz. L’emplacement est idéal, la maison est propre, bien équipée et très agréable. Tout était conforme à la description. La villa est bien située avec toutes les commodités à proximité. La plage est impeccable. La communication avec la mère de Aziz a été fluide et chaleureuse. Merci encore pour l’accueil ! Magnifique villa sans vis vis , c’est un véritable havre de paix… une maison où se sent réellement comme chez nous et qui est terriblement difficile à quitter. De nombreux restaurant en bas de la rue, pas loin du centre ville en voiture, proche également de la plage même à pied je recommande vraiment cet en droit pour séjourné. Selim est un excellent hôte, accueillant et arrangeant! Merci bcp !!

The perfect location near all amenities, Yassmine Hammamet port, and the Medina made our stay even more perfect. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience in Hammamet. L'hôte était très accueillant et a pris soin de nous fournir toutes les informations nécessaires pour un séjour agréable, l'appartement était très propre bien équipé et confortable ✌️

J’ai passé mon séjour deux semaines dans cette Airbnb ! C’était vraiment incroyable, la vue était juste magnifique. Les photos sont exactement pareil qu’en réalité. Je mettrai un bon 10/10. Vraiment très accessible. Après en bas de la résidence, il y a un café lounge et juste à coté il y a l’hôtel Byzance. Ensuite autour il y a plein des restaurants, un Monoprix et un peu plus loin y’a le centre de nabeul. De la résidence au centre c’est 20min à pied.

Excellent séjour! L’appartement est idéalement situé, propre et très bien équipé. Le lit est super confortable. Walid a été très réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Souheil, l'emplacement est top , piscine propre, les enfants se sont éclatés, franchement rien à dire. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine inchallah !

Très bel appartement situé au coeur de Yasmine Hammamet. Tout est conforme à la description À part le clim qui ne souffle pas fort ( température un peu élevée ) tout est parfait. Je recommande !

Eine tolle Wohnung! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, fast wie in einer Suite, und die Sauberkeit sowie Dekoration sind hervorragend. Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir brauchten, einschließlich einer Kaffeemaschine für hervorragenden Kaffee. Der Pool war ein besonderes Extra für unsere Tochter, und die Lage ist perfekt – nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Alles hat gut geklappt, und die Kommunikation mit Mohammed und seinem freundlichen und netten Personal war ausgezeichnet. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter und kommen beim nächsten Besuch sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
