Right off highway 74, our house offers easy access to Laurinburg, Lumberton, and Pembroke, the town of UNC-Pembroke. It's roughly 2 hours from Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington. It's only 1.5 hour drive to the sunny shores of Myrtle Beach, perfect for a quick getaway. Our location is a prime spot for travel nurses, with major hospital nearby, making it a convenient and comfortable base.

Front porch rocking chairs and a large backyard invite you to relax. 2.5 miles to Downtown, 3.5 miles to central dining/shopping (Starbucks, Walmart, etc.), 18 miles/25 minutes to Rockingham Speedway, 30 mins to Pembroke, 35 mins to Pinehurst.

The Manor boasts 5 bedrooms with Smart TVs, 3 updated restrooms, a lounge with a 65" TV, guest dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, reading nook, coffee bar, and beautiful grounds with patios and porches-perfect for your next retreat!

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property that is a perfect stopover for traveling the I-95 corridor. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

located at 109 Arch Street in downtown Marion, South Carolina, is a fully furnished apartment that offers all the amenities of home -and more. Housed in a historic building in the heart of the Pee Dee, The Loft has charming character with exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors. Conveniently located 20 minutes from I-95.

Hartley House

This old home has been completely renovated and is situated in the hub of the small town of Latta, SC. There is a wrap around porch with rockers and benches for enjoying the out of doors. The home sits across the street from the Carnegie Library which is being enlarged and improved. Latta is just off of I-95 and is a perfect stop-over for your trip north or south. Myrtle Beach is about one hour away on Highway 501. If you are a racing fan, the Dillon Raceway is a few miles away.

Within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. 30 minutes from I-95.
