In the historic center of Haltern, the many cozy restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The church square and the pedestrian zone in front of the house attract you to visit the market and in good weather to ice cream, delicious dishes and drinks. The surrounding area can be explored on foot or by bike. Bike charging station at the market square No animals allowed.

Ausreichend öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich gegenüber dem Haus. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung von ca. 45 m2 befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer (mit Essbereich, TV, Sofa); ein Schlafzimmer( mit bequemen Kingsize-Bett (1,8mx2m), und eigenes Badezimmer. Somit ist die Unterkunft sehr privat und bietet alles was man braucht. Haltern am See tut gut!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our modernized and stylishly furnished old building apartment is located right in the heart of Haltern. The marketplace is on the doorstep, but the 110 m² apartment still offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere. A highlight is the large extraordinary kitchen with dining area and separate coffee bar, which invites you to cook and cozy get-together with friends or family. In the entrance area of the house there is a small outdoor area with a table group, which is available only for our guests.
