Hello there! You're booking a room on the upper floor of my semi-detached house! Once you move in, we’ll both be housemates with no hierarchy between us. :) It’s very quiet during the day; occasionally, a neighbor might start up some heavy equipment, but you won’t hear any traffic noise or similar disturbances. You can reach downtown Dortmund by train in 10 minutes, with the station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the B236 and A2, you’re also well-connected to surrounding areas by car.

In dieser gemütlichen & ruhig gelegenem Unterkunft in einem modernen Haus am Phönixsee werden Sie sich sofort wohlfühlen. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem an die Ankleide angrenzendem Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig. Das Doppelbett ist besonders bequem. Eine dritte Person kann auf einer separaten Matratze schlafen. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche im Erdgeschoss werden gemeinsam benutzt. Der Phönixsee lädt auf einen Spaziergang oder für diverse Sportaktivitäten ein. Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen in der Nähe.

Münster: Haus an der Werse

NEU ab Mai 2025: Unser Haus an der Werse: inmitten der Natur und dennoch nur 20 Fahrradminuten zum Prinzipalmarkt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem 1000 m² großen Grundstück und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Werse. Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..

Gästeräume mit Dachterrasse am Phönixsee

Es handelt sich um zwei Gästeräume mit Küchenzeile und einem Essbereich in unserem Haus, wo wir auch wohnen. Ein Tageslichtbad steht zur Verfügung sowie Dachterrasse mit Gasgrill) Für weitere Informationen bitte einfach schreiben. Frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Seife, Toilettenpapier sowie Kaffeekapseln und etc. Zur Begrüßung gibt es frische Blumen, Mineralwasser und Obst . Es können bis max. 3-4 Personen untergebracht werden. 2 zusätzliche Einzelbetten möglich Keine Partys.

Bed & Breakfast am Phönixsee Dortmund

Wir bieten ein 12qm Zimmer für unsere Gäste aus aller Welt an. Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen durch eine Glastür getrennten ca. 2,5qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Hauses. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche steht zur freien Verfügung. Neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner kann auch unsere Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss benutzt werden. Auf Wunsch wird ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für 10€ Aufpreis pro Person angeboten.

Fair The house is saddled 2 min apart from 6 lovely lakes where you can go for swimming. It provides 3 private rooms with, garden with terrasse and nature water swimming, a complete kitchen with dishwasher und washing-machine.
