원룸형 복층구조를 가진 숙소입니다. 1층 거실,욕실,화장실,TV,주방이있고 계단을 올라가면 더블침대와 싱글침대가 나오는 침실이 있어요. 넓은마당과 정성껏 가꾼 잔디와 나무들이 있어 아이들이 뛰어 놀기에 좋아요. 마당에서는 아름다운 비양도와 바다가 보입니다. 은퇴한 부부가 정성껏 가꾼 정원이 멋진 집입니다. 협재(금능)해수욕장까지 차로 5분거리 옹포바닷가 100m거리에 있어요. 주위에 유명한 식당과 까페가 많아요.
