Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Halki

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

What a fantastic accommodation, perfect location and spectacular view from the balcony. Great communication by the host and we stayed 1 night but wished we had booked longer, we will be back to this place for sure!

This was our third visit to Angelos’s accommodation and it was just as perfect as before. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is amazing. His father was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I’m sure we will be back!

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

La casa è nuovissima, molto carina e confortevole. Perfetta per due persone, ma anche in tre è comoda. È pulita e c'è tutto quello che serve. La posizione sul porto è ottima in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La proprietaria Christina è stata gentilissima sia nella fase della prenotazione sia durante il soggiorno, e ci ha organizzato tutti i trasferimenti a Rodi. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto i proprietari del bar sotto la casa: molto gentili e disponibili sono stati un buon punto di riferimento per noi. È stata un'esperienza positivissima che probabilmente ripeteremo!!

Gioannis and Maria were very helpful, kind and attentive hosts. Upon our arrival we found breakfast food and a base of cooking ingredients. The house, then, is nice and comfortable: very well equipped, nothing is missing. In short, we felt at home!

Sofia’s villa is a gorgeous house in the center of Chalki. It is located ideally, and you can walk in no time to all the places of interest (port, restaurants, cafes, bakery, mini markets, beaches etc.). The house itself is absolutely beautiful, equipped with all the comforts one needs. It has two beautiful verandas where one can unwind, read, eat and relax. The immediate neighborhood is very peaceful. Our communication with Sofia was impeccable. She responded immediately every time we got in touch with her and she gave us great pointers regarding restaurants, places to swim, etc. in Chalki, and all of them proved to be very accurate. Overall, a great experience with a very kind host and a beautiful house in the magical island of Chalki.

Had an amazing time at Dorothea’s Villa Chrysodimi (which btw is named after her great-great-grandma as I understood which brings even more Charme to the rustic traditional house :) ). I don’t think there is an apartment closer to everything on Chalki than her place. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony absolutely STUNNING. She was very helpful and quick with communication. Even when we had a small issue in the bathroom it got fixed by a very nice elderly local man RIGHT away. I will definitely come back in the future. What a place Chalki is!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 8 notti in questo delizioso appartamento. È stato tutto perfetto , pulizia , in cucina c è tutto ciò che può servire , il terrazzino ha una vista incantevole e si può utilizzare anche il terrazzo grande sopra . L’host è davvero gentile e pensa a tutto , anche al cambio biancheria a metà soggiorno . Siamo stato accontentati in ogni nostra richiesta . Non vediamo L ora di tornare ! Posizione buona , vicino alla piazzetta principale , al porto e al mare di Livadia!
