For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Welcome to a spacious house in beautiful countryside. The house was built in the 1940s but has been completely renovated since 2019. Häljebol is centrally located and from here you can reach sights in Karlstad, Arvika, Säffle and Årjäng. We have three separate bedrooms upstairs, with a total of 8 beds. Kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms. Broadband via fiber, TV, washing machine and dryer. In late summer you can pick fruit and berries in the garden. Since the house is newly renovated we do not allow pets or smoking.

A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. We had such a wonderful weekend at Lottas charming and peaceful hideaway in the Värmländska forests. A perfect location if you want a secluded, primitive and calming experience. We especially enjoyed the sauna by the lake, sunbathing on the deck and playing cardgames surrounded by candles and the warming woodstove fire at night. Our dog loved it as well!

Lovely experience to stay at this beautiful spot. The hosts, Christer and Stina, were very kind and helpful with recomendations on what to do and see in the area.
