Welcome to Naive Home, an apartment with soul. This comfortable studio with AC is located in the Bratislava Old Town, with amazing view of the Reformed Church. Historical center, shops, restaurants - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a silent courtyard. Naive Home decorations are inspired by folk ornaments, all are handpainted. We are located on 2nd floor with elevator in residential building

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

We can offer you a cozy apartment featuring a sofa bed (200 cm x 160 cm), Wi-Fi, air-conditioning of the room, a fully equipped kitchen (including an electric cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee machine), and a bathroom with a washing machine and towels provided. The apartment is comfortable for a single person. You can watch Netflix on too. It is located within a 5-minute walking distance to the Central bus station and shopping centre Nivy. 2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert und meiner 4 Sonnen AVA Appartementanlage hinzugefügt. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und hell eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Rehe und Hasen sind deine täglichen Besucher inmitten der Golser Weingärten. Genieße deinen Morgenkaffee auf der großzügigen Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Weinreben. Stock mit einer vollständig eingerichteten Küchenzeile sowie Badezimmer mit WC ist über einen eigenen Eingang erreichbar. Sehr zentral & nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz gelegen, ist die örtliche Infrastruktur leicht erreichbar.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
