Anh Kiên là 1 chủ nhà tuyệt vời với dịch vụ siêu siêu tốt. Anh ấy hướng dẫn gia đình mình checkin tỉ mỉ và còn giới thiệu những địa điểm ở Hạ Long nên đỡ bỡ ngỡ hẳn. Nhà có view khá chill, sạch sẽ và mọi thứ đúng như trong ảnh, nhận phòng dễ dàng Sẽ quay lại những lần sau.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentrumsnah, wo man fussläufig alles gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat wunderbar funktioniert.

Chị Ngọc rất nhiệt tình, giải đáp các thắc mắc nhanh chóng và hỗ trợ bọn mình rất nhiều. Nếu có đến thăm Hạ Long mình vẫn sẽ quay lại nơi này

這一間房間，我跟我朋友都非常喜歡，一開門的時候，我們非常驚豔，還有有大露台看可以夜景，下次去下龍灣，我們一定會在住這一間。

I had a fantastic stay at Tinh's place. The apartment was perfect for my solo adventure, offering both privacy and comfort. Jake (Tinh's son) went above and beyond, assisting me in renting a motorbike which truly enhanced my experience. Aside from being a top-tier host, he's genuinely cool. The location couldn't be better—peaceful for a restful night and yet surrounded by excellent dining options just a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

하롱 베이에서의 2박 3일, 그곳은 단순한 여행이 아니라 작은 기적 같은 시간이었습니다. 우리가 머문 숙소는 4층짜리 빌라. 그런데 이 빌라, 엘리베이터가 있었다는 게 아닌가! 순간, "여기서 이 정도면 거의 럭셔리 아닌가?" 싶어 놀랐습니다. 조리할 수 있는 주방 덕분에 직접 요리하는 즐거움도 있었고, 자전거까지 마련되어 있어 마트며 산책이며 자유롭게 다닐 수 있었습니다. 그런데 이 모든 것보다 더 감동적이었던 건 트랑(Trang) 호스트님. 그분은 마치 우리의 여행을 더 특별하게 만들어 주려는 숨겨진 요정 같았습니다. 우리가 필요한 게 있는지 늘 살펴봐 주고, 택시도 척척 불러주고, 심지어 크루즈 여행까지 예약해 준다 하니… 이 정도면 여행의 숨은 챌린저 아닐까요? 상냥하고 따뜻한 말투에, 배려까지 가득해서 단순한 서비스가 아니라 진심 어린 환대를 받는 기분이었어요. 덕분에 하롱 베이는 단순한 절경의 도시를 넘어, 사람의 따뜻함이 스며든 곳으로 기억될 것 같습니다. 언젠가 다시 찾아간다면, 그때도 꼭 트랑 호스트님을 만나고 싶어요.

Beautiful and very spacious place. Would absolutely stay there again

What a fantastic place! I can't imagine there are places in the same price category that can offer as much as Orestay Homestay does. Nice and clean big rooms, comfy beds and pillows, fast internet, new TV's, helpful and really friendly hosts, great breakfast, relaxing atmosphere in the garden. I've been traveling for a month and this was definitely the place where I got most value for my money. A perfect place to stay for a couple of days if you're visiting Ha Long.

If you want a peaceful stay in Cat Ba away from the noise and chaos of the tourist area, this is the right choice. The apartment is located in a hidden valley, tucked behind the main streets. The view from the roof is unforgettable and I loved starting my days up there with a cup of coffee. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've encountered in all of Asia. Firm perhaps by American standards, but delightfully compliant compared to your standard mattress in the region. From renting scooters to going on boat trips, the hosts are helpful and accomodating. I highly recommend you plan on staying a day or two longer than whatever you're planning for Cat Ba. I only stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have had another day or two to see more of the island at a leisurely pace.

Absolutely incredible villa! You get your own private pool, an outdoor sauna with showers, and four immaculate, identical rooms – each with its own ensuite (no room debates necessary!). The place is equipped with modern amenities, and the fridge comes fully stocked with cold drinks ready to go. The best surprise? A private karaoke room that's not shown in the photos – it quickly became a group favourite and added so much fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host connects you with a local driver who’ll take you to and from the main town and share his own recommendations. Huge shoutout to Heung – hands down the best driver in all of Cat Ba! Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we loved every minute of it!

Mình đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại nhà của anh Vinh. Mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và đúng như mô tả. Check-in dễ dàng, host nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh chóng. Rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking and 🍳, laundry 🧺. Everything was just perfect – I truly felt at home 🏡💖. Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)
