The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Our vacation home is located in a wildly romantic side valley between Hunsrück and Moselle and is only 9 km away from the well-known wine town of Zell Moselle. In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.

Our small vacation home Landglück in Hunsrück is a very cozy, small wooden house. The pellet stove spreads cozy warmth and the sauna invites you to relax for hours. From the desk you have a great view of the surrounding area and you can keep an eye on the little ones in the playground from the kitchen & dining room. The immediate proximity to nature offers great hiking routes and the Moselle already greets you with a 10-minute drive.

Apartment at Hahn Airport (II)

Fully equipped apartments right at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. A total of two apartments are available for up to two people each. Both apartments are located in one building. It is possible to rent the apartments both individually (for one to two people, maximum three with the option of a sofa bed) and together (for up to four people). Each apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Prices quoted are for one apartment.
