A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Pretty weird

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Plattling. The house, as charming as in the pictures, is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Just a few steps away from the river, the house is located in a great location. Last but not least, the host is really reactive and friendly making sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitively come back here:) Definitely a great place for kids with several playgrounds and the cats around.

My partner and I had a very nice stay. The apartment was very well maintained and exactly as shown on the pictures, in addition, everything necessary was available to cook for yourself. The hostess was very friendly, easy to reach and helpful. We found the surroundings beautiful and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

RIGHT! The accommodation is very nice and close to the center. Everything is very well appointed and the bedding is very comfortable! Annegret and Robert are very welcoming and attentive. If you need to come to Deggendorf, this is the place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Having access to a washer and dryer was really a bonus too. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and exactly as described. We found the owners to be extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions about the area. The location is on a very quiet and safe street in Deggendorf, which provides free on street parking as well. The unit has a nice fully equipped kitchen and an outside sitting area. All our communication with the hosts was great as well. We experienced a wonderful stay here ! David & Diana Ontario Canada

Patrick was a good host who took good care of us. Communication was straightforward and proactive. Great praise, keep it up. A parking space is available right across from the house. The couch has a pull-out 90x200 mattress, which is sufficient. :) The bathroom is the highlight of the apartment. But the rest has also been planned with attention to detail and practicality. Great for a short trip. :) I was warmly greeted with a chalkboard and a snack basket. Excellent. All in all, lovely accommodation. :)
