Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

Linda always thought ahead and fulfilled the wishes before they arose. The communication was not only very friendly and personal, but above all proactive. When you enter the apartment, you never have the impression of living in the basement. Super spacious and lovingly designed. Everything you need for a few days in the Passau outback is available. The apartment is absolutely quiet and super clean. In addition to the good value for money, you also get personal communication with Linda. I'd love to come back.

Franz & Margaret's Airbnb has everything you could want for a family vacation, plus the communication with both is incredibly pleasant and we don't even need to talk about the fantastic location ;) It was a very nice and relaxing start to the new year for us, which has become so beautiful not least because of your wonderfully managed Airbnb and your great farm. A very pretty tiny house and very well appointed! Quiet location. Very high on a hill, not recommended for "Danube eagles" like us,but otherwise very idyllic. No internet reception.

We spent a few days here over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well equipped and cozy – just right to spend a relaxing time. Communication with the hostess was straightforward, and we got all the important info in time. All in all, a lovely place to end the year. Thanks for the hospitality – we'll be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment. Modern equipment. All clean and in good condition. Andreas was always available. Apartment is small, but there is enough space for two adults and one or two small children. I can fully recommend stay there.
