Beautiful house with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. You can have total contact if that is a wish due to everything separately and its own entrance and key box. House is cleaned by us according to airb&B. rules ! Important due to uncertainty we can serve/make a breakfast but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pdpp.! The meadow across from the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Cozy, atmospheric and surrounded by animals and silence – this charming cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the fields. Spot deer, hares and birds. With a hot tub, wood stove, wine barrel shower and small works of art in every corner, this is the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. Our cottage is behind our house near the nature reserves of Haaksberger- en Buurserveen. Nature bath within walking distance. Enjoy the peaceful environment and beautiful walking and biking trips. Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

Our little cottage

A detached, bright and spacious cottage for 1-4 people, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed with adjoining bathroom. On the sleeping loft (accessible with a ladder) there are two mattresses for e.g. children from 4 years. The "older bedroom" is spacious enough for a baby cot. At the back a private terrace, at the front you overlook the property with loose poultry, flower pots and various seats.

Luxury Coach House on Private Island in the Achterhoek

The Coach House is completely renovated so it meets all the requirements of now. The condition was that the grandeur of bygone times would not be lost. And we did it. It is spacious, bright and homely and actually you don't want to leave. From the lounge sofa or the designer armchair in the living room, you have a sublime view of the garden and the canal. When the weather is nice, you open the garden doors and walk to your own terrace or through your private garden.

We had a very nice stay, everything was neatly taken care of. We were quickly and kindly helped with the TV and the hot tub! Great garden where you can enjoy the sun, the greenery and the animals from the area! Definitely recommended, who knows, we might come back!

We had a nice holiday week in this cottage! The fact that the weather was not always good was no obstacle. It is very nice, quiet, and we had a lot of (outside)space. Joanne was really friendly and thoughtful. Sweet that our daughter was allowed to cuddle with the horses! I can very much recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. Wonderful place in serene nature, great place and very clean. Can highly recommend!

A nicely quiet cottage with great amenities. It is all very very lovingly decorated and clean. In the evening you can wonderfully enjoy the tranquility in the garden. We had a good time in there.

A shaded pathway meanders through a lush forest, bordered by vibrant green foliage and towering trees. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The gravel path is well-defined, inviting exploration of the natural surroundings.

We've spent great time in Geesteren thanks to our lovely hosts. We wanted to spend few days in a peaceful, quiet place - and that's exactly what we've got. We loved the way the owners decorated the apartment - patchworks add the beautiful rustic touch to the interior of 'modern barn'. The most enjoyable part of our stay was observing the animals and birds passing by the meadow, especially deer and green woodpeckers :) And the night sky view - unforgettable. We would love to come back one day, hopefully for a bit longer. Highly reccomend to anyone who wants to slow down a little for few days :D

We were the first to stay with 8 friends in the newly completed cottage of Huub & Stefanie! Enjoyed the beautiful forest, the details of/in the cottage and slept wonderfully. Nice, fast and good contact with the couple before and during our stay. Beautiful cottage and place, we'd love to come back here! :)

Hilly's house was perfect for our weekend stay in Lochem. It is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. Communication with Hilly and check-in went smoothly. We were even surprised with a welcome drink and a nice message. We would definitely stay here again. :)
