Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.

The garden house is located in the courtyard of the private house: your room is 8m2, outside is a seating area and a barbecue as well as eco composing-toilet. Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Our house is located in Haapsalu old town. Tiiker Apartment is on second floor of our house. Apartment has private entry. House is over 110 year old, but has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a big balcony in the apartement. Bedroom nr 1 has 120cm wide bed. Bedroom nr 2 can be twin (2x80cm) or double (160cm). Baby cot and extra bed is also avaiable if needed. Coffee and tea is included in price.

Unique house bunk bed with slide for kids (max height 160 cm), lots of toys, books and board games but also a feeding chair etc. Sunny terrace is also a guest's favourite! Naudi elamise lihtsust selles rahulikus ja keskse asukohaga majutuskohas. Vaid 10-15 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel asuvad mitmed poed, mõnusad kohvikud ja restoranid ning peamised vaatamisväärsused. NB! Meie kortermajas on hetkel (suvi 2025) käimas trepikodade remont. Remont võib veidi raskendada trepikojas liikumist, aga korterisse sisse- ja väljapääs on garanteeritud.
