This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It is towards Namhyang, so the morning sunlight shines very warmly. Spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn leaves, winter snow, this is the best accommodation for all seasons. To provide clean and minimalist accommodations, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. When visiting with infants under 2 years old and under, the maximum is 4 people. Guests can independently use the first floor of the two-story house and the garden. The owner's house lives on the second floor and the entrance is separated to the entrance for a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a tranquil rest time. This is a mansion located on Mt. Gubong, famous for its night view in Chuncheon. You can use the spacious yard alone, and there is a camping area with a great night view. Inside, there is a bathtub where you can heal while looking at the scenery through the window. As a welcome tea, we will prepare capsule coffee for the number of people :) The basic number of people is 4, and the additional number of people is 15,000 won per person (including preschool children), and the maximum number of people is 6. There are no additional fees other than the additional cost of the number of people. You can enjoy a private space freely in the 300 pyeong yard and are equipped with a large kitchen and barbecue equipment, so you can cook at any time. We have a private pool with groundwater, so families and kids can have fun, and the water quality is always kept clean with a carbon filter. (Using the summer) Swimming pool is not available due to the low temperature of Yangpyeong after Chuseok. We hope you feel the freedom of a single-family home with three floors.
