Viva stay is a new building built in 2023 with a neat white interior and emotional furniture and props, and is a cozy and comfortable space that is not noisy in a residential area. It is divided into a bedroom and a living room kitchen, so it is a great place to have a special gathering. It is close to the subway station, so you can use 2 subway lines to get to the center in 10 minutes on foot, so it has excellent access to the city center, and there are plenty of food and atmospheric cafes and amenities around the accommodation. In addition, it is a space run by a host who always tries to think about and provide good service to make it more comfortable for guests to rest more comfortably. *Note: Korea is a country with four distinct seasons, and interior accessories may vary slightly depending on the season. Ran was really responsive throughout the stay and was proactive in asking if we settled well in her accommodation. The place was really nicely designed I really loved it and it’s conveniently located a stone throw away from Sillim station

As soon as I entered, the clean interior and lighting greeted me, so it was cozy. Above all, I was able to find it comfortably with brief but accurate guidance before check-in. And among the simple amenities, it was so nice to have a disposable toothbrush or toothpaste, and it was good to use shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, and toothpaste as Exmi products! Also, thanks to the air conditioner in each room, I was able to sleep coolly in the hot weather, and it was nice because it smelled pleasant. I like a little hard mattress, so I slept comfortably and woke up. It was even better that there were separate pillows for low and high, so you could pick and use them. Most of all, the host was kind and the reply was quick and accurate, so it was nice! My acquaintances who went with me were also satisfied, so I was proud and happy:)

The place looked cute in photos, but it felt even better in person. We walked in to a clean scent, soft lighting, and music — it was such a lovely surprise. The neighborhood was quiet, but getting to Hongdae, Gyeongbokgung, and Dongdaemun was super easy. Everything was spotless, and the AC, bidet, and air purifier made it super comfortable. Sally was thoughtful and kind — you can tell she really cares. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seoul.

Wow!! I couldn’t be happier with this AirBNB. The area itself is very quiet and local, but there are several accessible options to get to the more touristy options. Hanna was lovely and always there to check up on us and assist us any way we needed. When we arrived it was so clean, and there were even more amenities than expected! There was skincare, pots and pans, towelettes, a washing line and more. Overall I’m so happy with it, and would definitely stay there again.

It was almost the same as the photos. The table was also able to be unfolded, so it was comfortable for several people to eat. It was also nice to see the river and mountains because it was a high-rise.
