Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Comanche is only 10 min away with several places to eat, including our famous “Harvest Restaurant” and don’t forget to check out Stone Eagle Beer Garden it is a fun place to hang out and kids are welcome… lots of activities that happen through out the year.
