안녕하세요. 허스테이는 숙박업 정식 등록업체입니다. 250평 넓은 공간에 50년된 한옥 한채와 예쁜 복층 전원주택 한채를 오직 한팀만 모두 사용할 수 있는 독채입니다. 연못과 작은정원을 산책하며 잠시나마 쉼을 가져보실 수 있을거예요. 한옥에는 전체 실내 다이닝룸으로 꾸며져 있고 신발을 신고 이용합니다. 전자드럼과,전자피아노,통기타, 노래방기기가 준비되어 있습니다. 복층전원주택에는 1층에 큰 거실과 미니거실, 방2개. 화장실 2개가 있어요. 1층 큰 욕실 욕조에서 반신욕으로 피로를 풀어보세요^^ 2층에는 방과 욕실, 분위기 좋은 테라스가 있답니다. 6명 기본 인원이며 최대12명까지 가능. ☆6인이상시 1인 2만원. 24개월이하 1만원 현장결재 있으니 꼭 확인해 주세요☆ 한옥 마당에 유럽식 야외 노천탕 핫튜브와 핀란드 건식사우나를 체험하시고 피로를 풀어보세요. 불멍과 바베큐장이 잘 마련되어 있어 편리하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 주차공간이 10대이상 가능합니다.

해발 450m 청정지역에 자리잡고, 당진-영덕간 고속도로 화서ic에서 10분 거리에 위치한 약60평(190제곱미터)의 목조주택입니다. 합법적으로 농어촌민박 신고가 되어 있는 시설로서, 방4, 화장실2, 넓은 중앙거실, 전면 데크와 넓은 2층 테라스 등을 갖추어 10~20인 정도의 오붓한 가족모임이나 동창소모임, 부서워크샵, 소규모대학생MT 등의 행사에 활용하기에 적합합니다. 속리산 문장대(30km)등산, 계곡물놀이 ( 청계사계곡 : 숙소에서 15km, 화서IC에서 7.5km ), 한적한 저수지(1km 미만)낚시, 블루원상주 골프장(10km),클럽디속리산 골프장(20km)에서의 골프 등을 즐길 수 있습니다. * 후기를 통해 지적해주신 부분 ( 2층 에어컨, 전자레인지 ) 은 조치를 취해서 모두 완비 하였습니다. * 최근(2022.6월초) 작은 방 두 곳에도 에어컨을 설치하여 이제 모든 방과 거실에 각각 독립적인 에어컨설비가 완비되었습니다. 참고하시기 바랍니다^^
