Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Gulf of Trieste

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

An incredibly beautiful and clean place with a fantastic balcony. Assistance with the boiler for hot water was provided after only 5 minutes. We will be back!

The apartment was clean. Close to restaurants and grocery but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Filippo is a very good host and very responsive.

The apartment was very spacious, very clean, well equipped. Prime location at the old harbor There is a small minus - but the hostess can do nothing about it: Right in front of the windows was a place with many garbage cans and people threw glass (bottles) very loudly into it even in the middle of the night. That's life :) I never saw the hostess myself, self check-in but perfect and Freddy reachable via SMS - we needed nothing and felt very comfortable. I'd come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered us her help. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

ivana's house is very pretty, it is decorated with great taste! the old town is 25mn walk. We spent 2 nights and we really liked the area for its calm, especially the sea view directly from the terrace. We would highly recommend it.

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

A very comfortable flat in a quiet residential location.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We are very pleased with the choice of this listing. Beautiful location, great contact with the host and clean and well-equipped apartment.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Jessica was an outstanding host, both responsive, caring and full of good advice that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay at Olivia’s beautiful apartment in Venice. Everything was exactly as described — even better! Olivia is a wonderful, warm-hearted host who made us feel at home from the very first moment. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift, and every detail in the apartment shows how much care she puts into making her guests feel comfortable. The rooftop terrace is simply stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the Venetian atmosphere. We also appreciated Olivia’s great local restaurant recommendations; we discovered some fantastic places away from the usual tourist crowds. The building itself has so much character and history — you truly feel like you’re living in old Venice, with authentic decor and a special charm you won’t find in modern hotels. In short: we felt completely at home and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Olivia, for an unforgettable stay — we will definitely come back!
