House vacation rentals in Gulf of Hammamet

Very welcoming guest. We felt right at home.

We had a lovely stay, Donia was attentive and present to ensure a lovely stay.

The villa is beautiful in a very secure subdivision. Hella is very kind, welcoming and proactive, communication has always been very fluid. We had a lovely stay with the family. Only small downside: air conditioning is only present in two out of four bedrooms.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

Despite several issues at check-in from our side, Nebiha was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was extremely responsive to all our needs and we sincerely thank her for the excellent hospitality. The beautiful space was very close to the beach and was stocked with all the amenities we needed to cook and host. We will be back!

I can only recommend Elyes' accommodation! Elyes was very friendly and always available. The check-in was smooth and the apartment is very well equipped. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Amazing view, clean and spacious house, perfectly set up for outdoor living with large family style table on patio off the clean spacious kitchen and another covered two covered lounge spaces you can entertain guests or just relax with a book and look at the spectacular sea view-the place is worth every penny. Good security, in a gated community. Quiet even though there is a hotel close by. Attached bathroom in each bedroom, and air conditioning in each room. Very nice and spacious living room to relax with family and watch tv-there is a satellite cable set up that allows you to choose English Channel programming. Responsive and helpful property management-big thanks to Hamdi for getting us set up on site.

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

Beautiful house, perfectly located facing a paradise beach. The setting is both idyllic and soothing. Only one small problem: the kitchen, whose equipment would benefit from being modernized and better maintained. A big thank you to Leila for her responsiveness, and to Tarek, the caretaker, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back!

I had an exceptional stay at this villa in Hammamet. The accommodation is perfectly as described, even better: spacious, clean, with a beautiful private pool with no neighbors, a real corner of paradise! The location is ideal: quiet, while being close to amenities and minutes from the Medina. A big thank you to the host, who was very welcoming, warm and always available. She did everything to ensure that my stay went smoothly, with great kindness and responsiveness. I highly recommend this villa for a getaway in Hammamet. It was a great experience, which I won't forget!

We needed a place to stay in Hammamet for the weekend and didn’t want a hotel. This place was really a great choice. The owner is very welcoming, helpful, and flexible. There was no problem arranging anything. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, located right on the edge of the medina, with everything within walking distance. There’s a lovely terrace with a sea view, yet the place is quiet. Free parking is available around the corner. We’ll be very happy to come back here again.
