My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Très bel appartement situé au coeur de Yasmine Hammamet. Tout est conforme à la description À part le clim qui ne souffle pas fort ( température un peu élevée ) tout est parfait. Je recommande !

Die Kommunikation mit Zied war herausragend. Auch die Restaurantbesitzer in der Umgebung wussten einem direkt zu helfen. Der Pool stand leider noch nicht zur Verfügung, dafür aber ist der Strand wirklich nur 2min entfernt! Das Apartment vor allem das Bad war auf europäischen Standard - sehr sauber! Ich würde es wieder buchen 😊

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

Very nice neighborhood. The place looked like the pictures. Little things to improve here and there. Cooking ware and coffee machine needs attention. Everything you need is close by. 100% responsive host. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely book here again. My family loved it as well. Moderne, saubere Wohnung in Top-Lage Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, groß, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist 1A: absolut zentral, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet – jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Für die Lage und Ausstattung ist die Wohnung zudem äußerst günstig. Ich werde das Apartment definitiv häufiger buchen!

I recently stayed at Bochra’s apartment and it was an absolute delight. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect home away from home. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions, while still respecting my privacy. Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁
