Aireen et sa famille ont été disponibles pour nous aider à organiser des sorties en bateau pour découvrir cette belle île de Guimaras. Merci encore pour tout !

Can’t really explain the beauty of this home because you need to experience it yourself. Breath taking views, fresh air, a SUNRISE and SUNSET area. Honestly still at an awe with the all the (many) views of this home. Turn your cellphones off after you make your obligatory post and RELAX! All rooms had personal bathroom and AC. I woke up early morning and it felt better sleeping on the porch waiting for the sunrise lol. My wife likes to sleep with the AC on freeze. The host and the caretaker gave us a warm welcome and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home on your vacation in the Philippines!

La maison est vraiment reposante et bien agencée. Un véritable moment de repos et de confort à un prix très correct, ce que Bago City et les environs proposent très peu. Le propriétaire est très réactif, accommodant et il est visible qu'il souhaite le bien être de ses locataires. Je recommande très vivement.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

I stayed 1 month in Iloilo! the condo was good, clean and well maintained. Irene was super quick with responding to questions and when the kettle was not working she had it changed within a few hours. Very friendly and professional host, I warmly recommend booking and I would gladly come back.

Some logistical issues, but the place has it's charms, and they are trying hard, hence the 5 stars.

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

I need a place to stay for 3 nights near IBP for a recent client visit to our BPO company. His place as advertised is near and pretty much has a homey feeling..so bad that my schedule is so busy, that I wasn't able to enjoy the balcony and the view it provides. the area is clean, very walkable from my office and provides accessibility mall, resto, groceries stores.

The place is great and the host is very cooperative and responsive in all the inquiries. All in all I can say she’s right, that her place could be my place. A good place to relax. And i would love to come and stay again for my next visit in the Philippines, it is convenient for my family and for me since to see each other since the place is not far from my family’s place. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, malls, attractions, and even the airport. Ms. Erna went above and beyond by accommodating our unusual check-in and check-out times to fit our flight schedule. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay when visiting Iloilo.

I recently stayed at Rolando’s Airbnb with my family, and it was a great experience overall. The property is spacious and well-suited for large families, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. While the location is quite far from the town center, this isn't a major issue if you have a car. However, it's worth noting that the WiFi is quite slow, and there's little to no phone signal, which could be a drawback for those needing to stay connected. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful and secluded environment. If you're looking for a quiet getaway with plenty of space for a big group, Rolando's place is an excellent choice.

the area ideal if you have car/vehicle the aircon if cold 2 rooms with ac that is all i need except for the 2hrs brownout but overall the stay was good will definitely go back.

Even if I wasnt able to go around due to stricter lockdown guidelines and continuous rain for almost an entire week, I managed to enjoy my staycation because the unit has everything that I needed. Vince also replies fast to any inquiries.

Not at a busy area - worked perfectly for me.
