Maison fonctionnelle ,calme et lumineuse à 2 minutes à pied de la plage d' Aftass ( Mirleft beach). Endroit assez sauvage et reposant. Idéal pour la pêche, surf , balades... De la terrasse de la maison une belle vue sur l océan. La maison est à environ 2 minutes de voiture du village de mirleft (cafés,restaurants, pharmacie, commerces, Marché de poissons, fruits et légumes, hamam, spa et bien être- huile d’argan)- vente des produits artisanaux

Grand espace de vie avec Tv, internet, cuisine ouverte, 2 terrasses 1 à l’étage et 1 au rez-de-chaussée. les murs autour de la propriété permettent les bains à l’abri des regards dans la piscine ( 11m*4) , calme , située dans le quartier résidentiel des amicales à 200 m de l’océan.
