This is the second time we've stayed at Claire's and we had a very nice weekend again. You will feel very good in this beautiful house, with hosts who will be welcoming and flexible. Don't hesitate if you pass by, you won't regret it!

I recommend this rental, the house and garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and hot tub. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great time! Clementine was very welcoming and communication was easy!

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

Excellent stay, quiet! The pool is small but very nice, the view of the lake is idyllic. The house is clean and functional. Attention the two bedrooms follow one another, so you have to go through one to reach the other. And finally, maybe there was a little lack of dishes (just a small stove for example) but overall it was a beautiful stay!

Eric was a great host. The house was perfect in a quiet location. The outside space was the highlight. There isn’t too much about within walking distance but Le Mans is within easy driving distance. It worked perfectly as a base for the 24 hour race. Hope we can stay here again

Our stay at Villa Victoria was for the 24hr Le Mans. We have been visiting this region for 20 years plus and have never found a place as good as this. Arlette was the most amazing host and so helpful when one of our party fell ill, for a couple of days, nothing was too much bother. The Villa was extremely well appointed with the looks of traditional French decor rooms were large and spotless all the group slept well and were very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and beautiful manicured gardens. The village and the shops were amazing and people so friendly. We will definitely be returning if Arlette will have us.

Impeccable accommodation located at the end of a path in the countryside. the environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Benoît is very available. It met our expectations. We had a very pleasant weekend!

Joanna was an angel with me before getting to know me, made me feel super welcome and was great throughout my stay. Bright apartment, with a well-thought-out space layout (being under the rooftops) and located in the city center. Located in the city center, there is not far an automatic laundromat, restaurants, local shops, the market and some tourist sites (Prytanée Militaire, Church of Saint Thomas... ).

Great communication from Pascal and Martine. Property is set in a lovely part of the country close enough to Teloche and Le Mans for shops etc but far enough away that there is no disturbances. Sitting outside in the evening with the birds tweeting away was very relaxing. Property had all the appliances you need for your stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank You John

Another amazing trip to Le Mans for the 24 Hour car race and such a perfect location and house for us year after year. Just works so well. Back again for another year in 2025. this is the second time we've gone to Gérard's. It is a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thanks Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Thank you so much for hosting us, Josiane. We'll definitely come back.

Perfect! Family weekend to go to the Flèche zoo. The landlord is very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is as described and the cats are adorable. I highly recommend it.

Despite a small electric quack beyond his control, he was able to find us a solution. it's very available . We will undoubtedly be back.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

We fully enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Very nice hosting. The cottage is as described, comfortable and peaceful. Our little girl loved everything, from the cabin to the swing and especially the heated pool. We'll be happy to go back.
