It's was really easy to find.. Everything was excellent. At a good location. Cataño Plaza is at 3 minutes away, ferry is as 5 minutes away, very good restaurant and alot of fun stuff to do with kids...

Good place. In the future I will rent again if is available.

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Amazing place to stay in, very spacious! My family and I felt at home! The decorations at wash room and detail made it better!

The space is beautiful and a really wonderful place to spend time in! The pool is refreshing and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious ! Overall a fantastic experience to stay !

Ivan was responsive and helpful when we needed some questions answered before we arrived. The house was clean and close to the boardwalk and water. It was a great location to bring kids. We felt safe and would recommend this location to anyone wanting to feel more immersed in the culture versus staying on the beach in a big hotel.

Loved this house ! Everything was as expected, the host was even able to decorate for a birthday as i had seen they have done it before in past reviews. It was super thoughtful and everything was clean and exactly how it was stated in the description. Only minor issue is the shower water was more warm than hot but I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Juan. 10/10

This place was perfect for our needs while visiting family nearby. We were 3 with plenty of room and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Check-in and -out was super easy, and everything about the place was exactly as described in the listing. We used the oven, but it took a lot longer to bake as it didn't seem like the temperature was calibrated correctly, but it got the job done. The area is in a desnse residential neighborhood, mostly quiet. We were comfortable and felt safe. We had a rental car to get us around. Would stay here again! Thank You

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Adam was an exceptional host! Very responsive, respectful, and kind from start to finish. The property was exactly as described: clean, peaceful, and perfectly located. The only thing I heard at night was the sound of the waves crashing, which made for the most relaxing sleep. One of the kids accidentally broke a decorative octopus, and when I let Adam know, he handled it with so much understanding and grace, it really meant a lot. The property itself is in a controlled-access area, which made us feel extremely safe, and the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. We had a great experience and will definitely stay again when we get the chance. Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Tranquil Escape with a Pool! This Airbnb was the perfect peaceful retreat and exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. The property is nestled in nature, offering a quiet and rejuvenating getaway. I recommend getting the heated pool was an amazing bonus! It added a luxurious touch to the stay, making it even more enjoyable. The home itself had everything I needed. The outdoor space was especially great for soaking in the serene atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet escape with great amenities (including that wonderful pool!), this place is worth it. The host was attentive, and the whole experience was seamless. I’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

We liked the place. Communication with the host was very good, and we always received prompt responses. The view is beautiful. Access to the place is a bit tricky, especially at night.

Necesitaba encontrar una estadía a último momento (ya era de noche) y Edwin salvó el día. Contestó rápido y proveyó instrucciones claras de como llegar y accesar al lugar. El camper estaba recogido y limpio, y es muy espacioso. Mi parte favorita definitamente fue la bocina(excelente calidad) y el fireplace electrónico(excelentes vibras). El lugar provee mucha privacidad y tranquilidad. Edwin fue muy atento, amable y bregó al 100%, definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo.
