Un lugar muy agradable, ideal para descansar en familia y disfrutar del uno de los lagos más bellos. La atención muy buena, amables, atentos. Cerca del pueblo, le jacuzzi se puede disfrutar a toda hora. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme allí.

Where do we begin? Juan Carlos' home in Cerro de Oro is magical. It's situated in a bay right on Lake Atitlan with incredible views every single day. It might honestly be the nicest place we've ever stayed in - all around exceptional. The house is two stories, living room & kitchen upstairs & beds downstairs. The grounds are spectacular - this family really thought of everything. They have a 2-person kayak which we took out every morning as well as a couple of paddle boards. There are 2 hammocks under the trees which we definitely relaxed in and then there's the hot tub. Oh, the hot tub. Words cannot describe the magic of this tub. It takes 2-3 hours to heat up so make sure to tell Tiburcio ahead of time and he'll get it all ready to go. We also spent the extra money and had Marina cook us all of our meals (for approx $10/day - it's coffee money) which helped us completely relax. The staff team were all wonderful and treated us like royalty including dogs Rocco & Negra!

Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi esposo y la verdad es que sentimos como estuviéramos en una burbuja muy cerca de la ciudad. La vista hacia los volcanes y el lago increíble. Y el Jacuzzi y cada uno de los detalles de la casa impecables. Lo recomiendo.

My friend and I had a lovely few day stay in Becca's place. It was nice to have our own little part of Santiago - lovely views of the lake and nearby volcano, a great restaurant on the premises, and of course, the cabin itself was well appointed. There was lots of purified water, a great kitchen with fridge and comfortable bedding. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a special stay while visiting Santiago, and Lago Atitlan..

Tuve una excelente estadía! El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y privado que es lo que buscaba para poderme desconectar del bullicio y carreras del día a día. Otto fue siempre atento y amigable, me permitió hacer el check in un poco antes, con la disponibilidad de poder hacer el check out un poco más tarde; y Nicolás, el guardián, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones del Hotel El Bambú muy bonitas y el personal y gerencia muy amables y amigables. Todo estuvo súper, Hermoso lugar 🙏🏻

Aldo had everything.. literally. Including a remarkable view. Waking up to the volcano every morning was so gorgeous. The house was lovely and the outdoor space was even better! Don Miguel was very nice and always available. We all can't wait to come back. Bonus, there were tuk tuks around the corner so we could get into town.

You will feel just right at home, its very cozzy and private, we had a few inconveniences that were resolved super fast by Richard, I highly recommended this place for a weekend or for a long stay

Un lugar increíble La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda y con vistas espectaculares al lago. La atención fue excelente, todo superó nuestras expectativas. ¡100% recomendada!

¡Simplemente increíble! Esta casa frente al mar en Puerto San José superó todas nuestras expectativas. Espaciosa, cómoda y perfecta para nuestro grupo grande: 3 habitaciones, 7 camas y 4 baños, ¡ideal para disfrutar sin preocupaciones! La piscina fue un sueño y tener la playa a solo unos pasos hizo que cada momento fuera mágico. Andrés, el anfitrión, fue súper amable y atento, y los guardianes del lugar siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, ayudándonos en todo momento. Además, nos dejaron carbón para la parrilla y leña para la fogata, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial. ¡Nos sentimos como en un paraíso! Sin duda, queremos regresar. ¡100 % recomendado!

José es un excelente anfitrión, amigable y cordial, Cristian nos atendió muy bien durante nuestra visita. La casa es preciosa, justo lo que buscábamos para pasar unos días en familia lejos del bullicio de la ciudad en un ambiente precioso.

Great place! Absolutely loved the direct access to the water. The house is very cute and exactly like the photos. The steps to get to San Marcos can be a lot, but it was doable and really worth it in the end!

Casa Jucanya is a lovely space located on a larger property with multiple villas and a chalet structure. It is right across from the lake, and you can see the lake from the kitchen and living area windows. There is a nice swimming area nearby. However it is not as close to the main walking area in Panajachel. There is a river that splits Panajachel into two areas, and this is on the other side of the river. It is about a 10-20 minute walk during daylight, but the path is not lit at night and the path may also not be there at night. Anyway, a tuk tuk taxi ride is about 10 Quetzales one way. This was not an issue for us because we had rented a car. We were also traveling with my mom and our son, so this was more of a family vacation and we didn’t care to be as close to the main walking and shopping area. Staff is very helpful and nice, the house is very clean and well equipped. They are somewhat meticulous with a check in and check out checklist. We enjoyed our stay and will stay aga

Excelente lugar para descansar unos días con amigos y/o familia. Super recomendada la casa, el personal de la casa muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. Muy satisfecho en todo sentido y totalmente repetible.

Booked same day in a rush because I couldn’t find a hotel nearby. Host was very nice and responsive. Clear and helpful instructions on how to get to the property. Beautiful, clean home. My family enjoyed the pool and backyard bbq! Would definitely consider again for future visits.

Armandos Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da wir die ruhige Lage geschätzt haben und alles so war wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Dort kann man verschiedenste Vögel beobachten. Man sollte nur damit rechnen, dass sich in das Apartment das ein oder andere kleinere Tier einschleichen könnte. Trotzdem würden wir noch mal wiederkommen.

The place is amazing, pool, jacuzzi and garden. The location is unique with an amazing spot to watch the sunrise. Our family enjoyed the place that offer a very nice lake surrounding. Thank you Andrea and her team for being very responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the cottage! The beautiful views and the soothing sounds of nature made for an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maximo and Annette were outstanding hosts – welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We also want to give a special shoutout to German and Lucky, who took great care of us during our stay. Their help and kindness made our experience even better, and we really appreciate them. This was a 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

Fanstastique séjour chez duncan, ou nous avons pu profiter du lac, de la cuisine super bien équipée, des paddles board, et des tapis de yoga. Je recommande pour un sejour de plusieurs jours coupé du monde. Il est également hyper pratique de pouvoir aller dans les autres villes autour.

Andres was a very welcoming and responsive host. The home and property were beautiful, private, and well maintained with 24/7 security. Highly recommend doing the coffee tour across the street at Finca Filadelfia and eating at their restaurant. Note the home is about ~40 min walk or 8 min Uber from Antigua.
