🏡 Beautiful View House

Good afternoon! The house has a wonderful balcony, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed. Living room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, garage. There are hills to climb but nothing out of the ordinary, just as if you come to the capitol and go to the waterfalls, there are hills too. The house has stairs and is on the second floor, with one upstairs and one downstairs, but none shared except for the stairs. The listing is very detailed. Come and enjoy Capitol Hill and the Bela Vista house.

Newly built house in the Ponta do Sol neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Capitólio. 6 spacious en-suites, with double and single beds. Kitchen with 50' TV, barbecue, electric oven, microwave, beer maker, freezer, 5-burner stove. Internal and external bathroom with shower. Cozy house on the edge of the reservoir, a great distinguishing characteristic in the region. Pool overlooking the reservoir and kiosk. Floating platform with table and benches for resting or fishing. Ample parking.

The pool is not shared. Guests-only pool. The entire house is furnished and equipped. It is rented with bed linens (sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets in the cold season) and face and bath towels. Kitchen and gourmet area, both equipped with a refrigerator, 5-burner cooktop, microwave, oven, pots, sandwich maker, coffee-making items. Close to Supermarkets, Bakeries!
