In summer, it is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours (several reservoirs and swimming lakes nearby) and in winter due to the altitude (one of the highest places in the Vogtland) snow-sure access to the Kammloipe (trail behind the house in the forest)...

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.
