Our small apartment is on the second floor of a charming spa-style house (built in 1906) in a location close to the beach. In the entrance area you will find a small wardrobe. A rather steep staircase leads to the apartment. We have furnished the living room with a cozy sofa, a chest as a coffee table, a chest of drawers for luggage and a flat-screen TV. In the midst of 10 historic, listed, white-plastered thatched roof cottages, surrounded by bright rapeseed and corn fields, you will experience the beauty of the rural idyll. With a leisurely bike tour through the fields, the Rosenfelde nature reserve can be reached in 12 minutes.

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Houseboat incl. motorboat, Baltic Sea

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Camper "the second"

We offer our caravan as a holiday accommodation to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3 km away, shopping and a pharmacy are 1 km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs who are happy about everyone and a lot of nature await you. The new washhouse was newly built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine. The coins can be bought from us). The "smoking corner" with darts invites you to linger. We look forward to meeting you.

Country house Timm ~ Baltic Sea ~ Guest room ~ Lütt Stuv

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Surfboard room 3 with a view of the dyke

If you like camping but don't feel like a tent, you can rent our surfboard room at the "De Lütte Danziger" campsite in Dahme on the Baltic Sea, directly on the dike. Each room is about 12 m² and has a 1.40 m bed and a sofa, a mini fridge and a capsule coffee machine. The rooms do not have their own bathroom, but our sanitary house is freely available to you (about 30 m from the cottage). Pets are allowed in some rooms.

Country cottage near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 70 m², cozy apartment "Country Cottage" is located on the 1st floor and impresses with an elegant antique style. The highlights of this apartment are the dressing room and a fireplace. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
