Cute 1 bedroom, one bath, suite, roomy bedroom, living area, bath, kitchen, pool and private fishing pier. Located on Pleasure Island, TX and close to Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, Port Neches. Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Whether you are visiting Orange for work or play, the Bayou Bungalow is the perfect place to stay! This brand new cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen size Casper bed, plus a full size sofa bed in the living room. You'll find a huge walk in shower in the bathroom. Come stay at our cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bath home! It is a split floor plan with the master suit to the left and the guest quarters on the right. The Living and kitchen area is in the middle. The living room also has a 65in TV. The house has a front and back porch that you can enjoy in the mornings or evenings. There is a charcoal grill on the back porch that guest may use. The house has a HUGE driveway. We are minutes from the Rainbow bridge and about 20 minutes from Beaumont.
